Project Manager

Taurus Concepts is a dynamic business engineering firm that specializes in productivity improvement. To further develop its business, Taurus Concepts is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER. Taurus Concepts is a young organization with a strong focus on bottom-line results for both clients and employees. Our approach is straightforward and thorough, and we target midsized companies (300 FTE +).

The PROJECT MANAGER  needs to meet the following requirements:  

  • BA or BS degree from a top college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior project management
  • Proven experience blending management and “lean methodology”
  • Ability and willingness to work at multiple locations across states - relocation is not necessary  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills     
  • High level of self motivation and strong eagerness to perform
  • Flexibility to work in a start-up, fast-paced, and high-growth environment

Taurus Concepts is a young organization with a strong focus on bottom-line results for both clients and employees. Our approach is straightforward and thorough, and we target midsized companies (300 FTE +).
The  BUSINESS ENGINEER  needs to meet the following requirements:  

  • BA or BS degree from a top college or university
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in business consulting
  • Proven experience in the “lean methodology”, preferably for more than 3 years
  • Ability and willingness to work at multiple locations across states - relocation is not necessary  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills     
  • High level of self motivation and strong eagerness to perform
  • Flexibility to work in a start-up, fast-paced, and high-growth environment

Taurus Concepts is a young organization with a strong focus on bottom-line results for both clients and employees. Our approach is straightforward and thorough, and we target midsized companies (300 FTE +).
The Sr Project Manager/ Project Director needs to meet the following requirements:  

  • BA or BS degree from a top college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior project management
