15. TERMINATION OF ACCESS; CHANGES TO TERMS.

Any action to enforce these restrictions and conditions may be brought in the federal or state courts presiding in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A., and both parties expressly agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of such courts.
